If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the unused portion for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are older than 60 days will not be accepted.  A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for ten or more of the same items. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return.  All other returns of the same item must be in the original factory-sealed packaging for a refund.

Instructions for returning merchandise:

1.Please use sturdy packaging, especially for unopened items that you are returning.
2.Include a copy of the invoice from your original order and provide the reason for your return or exchange. In case of exchanges, please indicate the item you actually want.
3.Mail your package to the address listed below.
